Sunset Royal Hotel Cancun, Cancun

I had a mostly enjoyable stay at the hotel, with beautiful spacious rooms and an amazing private beach. The service was fantastic, especially the attentive dining staff, though I did experience some issues with the room's initial smell and the noise from the service hallway. Overall, there were many excellent aspects, making it a good value for a vacation spot, but the initial experience had room for improvement.

I had an incredible time at the resort, which offered a perfect mix for my two teenage kids—one enjoyed quiet activities while the other thrived on adventure. The beach was pristine and the service was courteous, though the drink service at the ocean could be quicker. The food was delicious at both the Italian restaurant and the poolside options, making for an enjoyable dining experience. Overall, this resort is a fantastic getaway with ample beach fun and great amenities, but the drink service could use a little improvement.

My experience at Sunset Royal was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, it felt like I was stepping into a home away from home. The beach views are stunning, and the staff truly go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. However, it's worth mentioning that the Wi-Fi could use some improvement as it was a bit spotty during my visit.
